This study focuses on the determinants of foreign direct investment (FDI) as an international phenomenon that contributes to linking countries' economies to each other through the policies of the host countries.

Algeria and Morocco paid great attention to attracting this resource in terms of enacting legal legislation and providing fiscal and fiscal incentives, Commercial and customs obstacles that prevent the flow of foreign capital.
