However, and due to its dangerous and innovative nature, it has been excluded from the traditional financing channels.

from this perspective financial engineering emerges as an adequate financing model (sur le mesure) for this type of entreprises.

In reality financial engineering takes shape through the capital to risk as the most suitable mechanism, which inevitably contributes in improving its financial structure and thereby reduces the financing pressures that face this kind of entreprises.
