This study aimed to highlight the role of human resources management practices represented in (recruitment, training, conservation of human resources, motivation) in activating the creative behavior of the professors of the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Adrar.

The study found that the level of the responses of the study sample members to human resource management practices was high and that the teachers' evaluation of their level of creative behavior was also high The study also found that human resource management practices contribute 28.9% to activate the creative behavior of the interviewed teachers.
