Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of the administrative leadership in the development of technological innovation from the point of view of the employees of the institution, by analyzing the status of the Algerian Telecom Corporation in the branch of Skikda and also to identify the advantages and obstacles that prevent the activation of its role.

The results showed that the administrative leadership plays an active role in the development of technological innovation among the employees of the institution.
