Abstract EN

Recent decades of academic life have seen great progress towards improving the educational process and improving its outcomes.

Academic accreditation was one of 213 the important trends that led to achieve quality in education.

Social Work education in the United States has had the lead in applying academic accreditation standards to ensure quality education.

Given that Saudi social work education it lacks the existence of Saudi standards for social work education Therefore, this study aimed to identify the point of view of the academicians working in the field of social work education in Saudi universities for the feasibility of applying American academic accreditation standards to the social work education in Saudi's universities.

Based on the findings of this study and the results of data analysis, it became clear that there is a clear recognition of the usefulness of benefiting from US social work education standards and policies.

There is a broad agreement on the justification for applying US social service education policies and standards to current social education programs in Riyadh universities, or in terms of agreement on the expected return of this application, as well as on the challenges that can face the application process.
