Abstract EN

The books of jurisprudential jurisprudence gave the issues of land and agricultural property an important place, and granted legal codification to suit the geographical environment.

It also formed a special space and location as an indispensable source.

In Andalusia, this status was reinforced by the existence and relevance of the Maliki doctrine of the land issues and its legal provisions.

Which is based on the organization of the provisions in accordance with the jurisprudential principles that preserve its assets, and therefore the codes of jurisprudential jurisprudence in Magreb and Andalusia during the midlle -age period, in a large number of issues related to the land system.On the basis of this approach came my research paper tagged: the system of land in Andalusia from conquest until the fall of the Caliphate (92-422 AH / 711-1031 m) "study through the jurisprudential Code."
