Malik bin Nabi believes that in order to build a civilized society we must make the individual believe in the need to participate in this construction Public opinion before the private interest, because thinking about this particular interest is what has burdened the Arab society and make it lag far behind other societies that have become more civilized, and society must strengthen the network of social relations because the stronger this network the greater the chance of creating Social change and thus the birth of a civilized society Here, Malik bin Nabi believes that the role of the network of social relations is linked to the religious idea that positively affects the social relations between individuals.

The philosophy of change in Malik bin Nabi affirms that change must be based on three essential elements: human, soil and time, and that the correct direction of these elements leads society to build civilization.
