Although the concept of universal banks and clearly totally-is the presence of links widespread ownership and an extended control links from a bank to the facilities and other financial services and facilities sector real-, but in fact we find that the financial systems in the world have developed many and varied forms to this concept.

for the first level, we find that universal banks in the financial sector in some countries, such as Canada and Britain have limited or non-existent or links establishments of non-financial ownership stakes, banks and engage in other financial services such as cover underwriting securities and insurance activities through a separate subsidiary companies the bank itself, and can be seen as the United States and one of a group of these countries, which allow banks to enter into other financial sector activities through the structure of bank holding companies.

This, we find that the Algerian banking system like other is obliged to turn to the transformation of its banking system, and this is in line with the current developments in the international banking market.
