The purpose of this study is to identifying the interest's extent of trainers in the process of sports planning within the policy of professional sports for football players.

The researcher has used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire while collecting and analyzing these results and he reached: * Trainers must rely on the process of planning the training session; this is the most successful way to achieve good skill performance.

* The necessity of applying the prescribed plans at the beginning of the sports career.

* Underlining a training program according to available physical and human resources.

* Identify the relationship between the process of sports planning and sports achievement in football.

* Identify the interest of trainers in sports planning training sessions
