This study aimed at recognizing the role of educational supervision methods in developing professional performance of teachers at secondary schools in jerash governorate from the teacher’s perspective.

Study sample consisted of 196 teachers from secondary schools in Jerash teacher.

The studay revealed the following results: The role of educational supervision methods in developing professional performance governorate from the teacher’s perspective was medium.

There were differences about the role of the educational supervision methods in developing professional performance as a whole due gender in favour of female teachers.There were differences about the role of the educational supervision methods in developing professional performance as a whole due gualfication in favour of the bachelors degree teachers.There were not any differences at in the sample individuals opinions about the educational supervision in developing professional performance due to experience
