The current research aims at identifying the Knowledge economy skills available to the fourth year class- teachers at both the faculty of Education in Damascus and the fourth faculty of Education in Quneitra.

In addition, recognizing students' opinions as far as determining their availability degree of knowledge economy skills according to faculty place, gender, and secondary certificate branch.

To achieve the previous aims, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of (68) items distributed to eight main sections which represent the Knowledge economy skills which should be available to the research sample: critical thinking, creative thinking, self-learning, problem solving, application of knowledge, teamwork, communication, and the use of technology.

The research sample consisted of (200) male and female students of the fourth year class- teachers at the faculty of Education in Damascus and (80) male and female students of the fourth faculty of Education in Quneitra.

The results showed the following: -the degree of availability of the Knowledge economy skills to students was medium(for the skills as a whole), the highest degree of the availability was found in the skills of problem solving and use of technology which were available to students with high degree.

- There were no statistically significant differences at (α=0.05) between the mean scores of the fourth year class- teachers as far as their opinions about the availability of the Knowledge economy skills according to the faculty place.

There were no statistically significant differences at ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the fourth year class- teachers at the fourth faculty of Education in Quneitra as far as their opinions about the availability of the Knowledge economy skills according to the gender variable except the critical thinking in which results indicated a significant difference in favor of females .

-There were statistically significant difference at ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the fourth year class- teachers at the fourth faculty of Education in Quneitra as far as their opinions about the availability of the Knowledge economy skills according to the secondary certificate branch and in favor of the scientific branch except self knowledge skill in which results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences according to this variable.

-There were statistically significant differences at ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the fourth year class- teachers at Damascus faculty of Education as far as their opinions about the availability of ( critical thinking), ( creative thinking), (application of knowledge ) and (the use of technology) skills according to the gender variable.

These differences were in favor of females in both critical and creative thinking .

Whereas, in favor of males in the application of knowledge and the use of technology skills .

-There were statistically significant differences at ( 0.05) between the mean scores of the fourth year class- teachers at Damascus faculty of Education as far as their opinions about the availability of the Knowledge economy skills according to the secondary certificate branch in favor of the scientific branch except teamwork skill in which results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences according to this variable .
