Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to explore the perceptions of GRTGE’s employees about their managers’ most appearing relational attitudes and to what extend they differ according to professional category, educational level, and experience variables.

Adopting a descriptive method, data were collected from a proportional quota sample of 198 employees at GRTGE, using a questionnaire designed by the researcher to measure managers’ relational attitudes.

The statistical analysis showed the following results: - The most appearing relational attitude among GRTGE managers through their employees perceptions are the support and consolidation attitude, then solving problems attitude, then assesment attitude.

- The same order appeared just among employees belonging to secondry school and university educational level categories.

However, it differed according to professional category, experience, and primary school education level’s categories.
