The phenomenon of plagiarism is a general literary phenomenon, which is not confined to a nation without other nations and is not specialized by a generation of people without other generations( please reformulate).

It was known by the Arabs and other nations that had a literary product known as t pre-Islamic era, as defined by the Umayyad and Abbasid times, but still known in our present era, which we live with the prevalence of writing and the spread of printing known as literary thefts( too long sentence- reformulate).

The situation and plagiarism were not limited to poetry alone, but included everything related to literature such as ratios and news to the extent that even the Prophet's Hadith in the life of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him was affected by Plagiarism This study seeks to uncover the views of the old and modern critics -Arab and orientalists - about this phenomenon which greatly damaged our poetic heritage and threatened it with its existence and credibility.
