Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of information and communication technology to improve university services, taking into consideration the perspective of students at the University of Tebessa.To achieve objectives of the study a questionnaire was used as a key tool in the data that has been analyzed based on the Statistical Package for the collection (spssv22), the study has come out with many results the most important of which is the influence of information and communication technology in the amelioration of services in the case study, with no statistically significant differences between the responses of respondents on the subject of the study due to the variable of sex differences.
