Abstract EN

Study aims in general to demonstrate the impact of the use of scientific principles in the preparation of planning budgets in the municipalities of the southern Gaza Strip, and to answer questions and test hypotheses of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in showing and clarify the theoretical side, and analyzing the results of the field study.

The results of the field study also proved that there is a trace of the use of scientific principles in the preparation of planning budgets in the municipalities of the southern Gaza Strip.

The study also recommended the need to rely on scientific principles in the preparation of budgets of all kinds, and discretionary planning and budget activities, and others.
