Cultural diversity and multicultural organizations have largely been considered in academic literature and administrative publications.

They are now among the most important issues dealt with in organizational studies and international management because of the impact of culture on employees which influences the performance and orientation of the international organization's work.

This field research aims to specify cultural diversity in FERTIAL company are concerned to help understand the characteristics of every single working group, find out a successful way to manage it, develop organizational socialization strategies to spread conscience and respect of cultural difference and build tolerance and coexistence between different cultures thus realizing its organizational objectives in the Algerian boundaries.
