The partial results of our survey of ITCs of Libraries of Higher National Schools In Algeria "Center region" indicates that specialists in library science have a strong interest in the digital environment.

Professionals want to integrate the digital area despite the lack of experience in new technologies.

Thus, these libraries of higher schools should develop their resources and use these technologies, especially the internet to provide new services in the digital environment.
