There is a big relationship between higher education and employment market requiring many specialist fields in different positions, higher education instead of being a tool helping the graduation of competences that are needed in the employment market, it has become a kind of stumbling block in finding out competences and expertise needed continuously in the employment market which creates unemployment resulting from the inadequancy between educational content and employment market requirements.

therefore, strategies and educational policies must be interrelated to employment market requirements in such a way to bridge the gap between employment market requirements and higher education graduates.
