Abstract EN

The euro- maghrebian area has not remained out of the series of the transformations that the new world order has known but it has embraced them considerably due to its strategic location especially at the security level.such countries witnessed an increase of new threats of serious security dimensions on the area including the following issues: illegal immigration, terrorism, organized crime, drug trade.all these form a strong factor to depend on new security initiatives to collaborate through promoting security dialogue between two blocks; the northern tip ( the European union) and the southern tip ( the Maghreb countries).this, in fact, is an attempt to put appropriate strategies to fight security threats and protect international as well as regional security.
