This study aimed at revealing the relationship between supervising behavior adopted by the educational supervisor in the primary stage and the performance of teachers at this important stage of general education.
It was assumed that there is a correlation between the supervisory behavior pattern and the performance level of the teachers.
Assuming differences of statistical significance between teachers in performance attributed to some variables such as gender, scientific qualification and seniority in the work.
In order to ascertain the validity of these hypotheses, the researcher conducted a field study using the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire tool to collect the data by applying it to a random sample of 418 teachers who are officially studying at the district level of the Education Directorate of the State of Mseila.
The results of the study were also found to be positive correlation and statistical function at the level of (0.01) between each of the patterns of supervision and democratic performance of teachers, while the correlation was negative and statistically significant at (0.05) ) For the pattern of prudential supervision.
