Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the effect of the social capital on activating the knowledge sharing from theory and practice.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed questionnaire to gather information from the study sample, which consisted of 20 participants that was statistic analysis.

The data has also been collected and analyzed to test hypotheses using version 21 of the program SPSS.

The study resulted that there is a positive impact between dimensions of social capital individually and knowledge sharing.
