Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the level of the sense of organizational justice among the workers of SONALGAZ company in Laghouat.

In order to achieve the study objectives, we applied the questionnaire tool to measure the level of the sense of organizational justice.

After being sure of its psychometric characteristics, it was applied on a sample of 125 workers who were selected randomly.

The study results showed that the workers have a sense of organizational justice in a medium level.

The results also showed that there are differences in the level of sense organizational justice due to the variable of gunder (female).

There are also differences in the sense level of organizational justice due to the variable of the work experience (1-5 years).
