The current study is interested in the study of the level of reading and writing skills through the comparison of the results of a sample of deaf children, with a view to identifying the reality of education with hearing disabilities in Algeria in light of the changes in the educational system.

The present study has adopted the approach of comparative causation as exemplified the sample of this study, in children deaf consolidated in regular educational institutions, in addition to their peers deaf non-periodic textbook any who engaged in their studies in school children deaf, about two hundred and twenty-four (224) during the academic year (2015-2016) in each of the capital Algiers, Laghouat, Djelfa, and Batna.
