The strategic management is a basic demand to achieve the company’s goals, it works on linking it with its environment which help in selecting the suitable strategies to deal with the alterations and the complications of its environment, so that it can be considered as one of the crucial factors to succeed it.

The first application of this strategy has been within the huge companies that has enough means enabling them to adopt them in its administration.

This study aims at knowing the reality of the strategic within AURES Company, and through getting into the company’s area; in addition to different alterations that happen at its level, as well as knowing how the company identify the various strategies it applies.

The study embraced the analysis of interior and exterior areas of the company via using the results of the interview and the management report; in addition to working on putting SWOT analysis sample to gather the basis data to test the hypothesis to obtain the results.
