Medical development and the resulting dangers has undoubtedly lead to a natural increase in the number of harmful medical practices, accompanied in the same time by a notable indemnifications this is due to the increase in patients awareness ,as they have become more convinced to impute this fact not to destiny alone ,but ,in a number of cases, to errors made by doctors, which explains the doctor is responsible towards the patient who desires control birth .
