Abstract EN

The study examines the subject of rehabilitation of small and medium enterprises and their role in improving competitiveness, to achieve this goal we have done in the beginning is to present the frameworks associated with the rehabilitation and competitive advantage theory to convey then to display field trials on the subject, this is what has allowed us to design a questionnaire containing 27 divider line to 4 axes reflect the variables of the study in addition to the axis of respect to personal data of interrogator and enterprise data, questionnaire was distributed to 191 the framework at the level of 46 institutions from the East and West of Algeria; results of the study show that the adoption of rehabilitation programs by small and medium enterprises in Algeria improves competitiveness, on the other hand will be offer a range of side results it will also be addressing the scientific and practice to study.
