Abstract EN

This study aims to show and declare the reasoning of marriage goals of laws in Islam.

Although religious books and references repeatedly study and show marriage laws, but till now, it is not a clear issue for most Muslims especially in its aims.

This study aims to tackle this issue to lead the readers to understand the study content and marriage laws from the religious point of view.

The following are the main objectives of the study: 1.

The study shows the world the religious laws of marriage with its abstract aims and laws.

But my concept of aim and purposes has limits.

It retains all purposes of religious laws to its original resources “Quran and Sunnah of the prophet (PBUH)” 3.

It declares that the aim of all religious purpose is to attract benefits and goddesses and to reject evils and bad nesses.

4.

All new and modern concepts which contradict with the aims and purposes of Islamic laws should be rejected.
