Abstract EN

This study aims to develop innovation and its role in the process of organizational learning in the Algerian organization, considering that organizational learning is a key step in the learning organization as a climate conducive to adoption of organizational learning.

For that, we interviewed employers in the business "sarl Mahbouba" which is active in Annaba industrial sector, based on a questionnaire includes several questions about the innovation that has a positive effect to facilitate the process of organizational learning in the organization studied.
