Abstract EN

This research deals with the new media phenomenon that has invaded the whole world and then the Arab region in the era of globalization, she won a clear interest, and the influx of young people to enter and belonging to a society spacious, and given what this new media of a virtual community again, and the characteristics and qualities, faded the border and removed him restrictions, formed a unique media phenomenon, it has absorbed all forms of traditional media, and aired in the forms of modern technology, this new media phenomenon has had a profound impact on young people to attract, this study has shown in the first section: the concept of the new media and his features and effects, It is a new communicative style based on advanced technologies began with the second generation of the Internet, which aims to devise a new way to build a virtual social worlds at the local, regional and global levels, is the main civilized, and make a Forum cultural.

The second section, we have dealt with the effects that are mostly negative in the Arab community, as a society lacks the tools to confront the cultural penetration practiced by developed countries, the owner of the means of new media or controlling it, and we emphasized in the conclusion that there is no escaping the need to ride the new wave in order to maintain the Arab-Islamic cultural identity.
