therefore the individual surely contributes in the development of the state and the society.

the importance of the institutions of the civil society appears in the general life through the roles that play in the society .these institutions undertake different roles through training sessions and sensitization forums and through different media and communications means .therefore, they contribute in the development of the society effectively and successfully.
