Investment is seen as the cornerstone of any economic movement as it boosts the financial side of any development, it is in this context that investment takes all its significance as it provides finance and contributes to strengthen or weaken production expenditures and promote human resources.

the fourth amendment of Algeria's constitution has provided favorable condition to support and promote investment according to the new international and national economic environment, and this is conducive to reconsidering laws relative to investment by providing necessary incentives and guarantees for a sufficient national economic revival.
