we seek through this research to highlight the contrast between learning difficulties and the slow learning and under achievement through monitoring the various scientific opinions of specialists in the field of education, this definition of learning disabilities and most important characteristics, and then clarify the relationship between her and slowly learning and under achievement identifying linguistic and pedagogical manifestations of social and behavioural, and then talk about the genetic and environmental causes while suggesting solutions to reduce problems.
