The study aims to identify the perceptions of works with disabilities towards work in Saudia Arabia.

to fulfill the purpose of the study, a questionnaire was prepared to questionnaire to collect data to see the view with disabilities to work , and consisted tool from 44 paragraph so distributed paragraphs on the following dimensions: ( a desire to work , rehabilitation, employment opportunities are available, and the point of view of society , income, privileges work, either study variables are : qualification , type of disability , the nature of the work , and verified rewriting the validity and reliability of the instrument.

study sample consisted of 62 with disabilities employed.

the results indicated to the perceptions of workers with disabilities to their working conditions were generally tend to positive, and the lack of significant differences in the qualification, and the type of disability and nature of the work.
