Abstract EN

The study aimed at proposing a training program to apply diversity management in Public Saudi Universities.

The population of the study consisted of the managerial in the public universities in the Western area in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is: King Abdulaziz University, Umm Al-Qura University, Taibah University, while the sample of the study consisted of (697) Managerial from the Western Area.

A questionnaire was developed to discover the reality of applying diversity management by managerial in Saudi Universities.

The study showed that all the diversity management areas (Communication through culture with people belongs to various culture, Managing culture intelligence gained in university, dealing with diversity challenges, enhance a fusion environment help in harmonize employees from different cultures) have a medium level.

The study recommends in the importance of applying the proposed training program to apply diversity management in Public Saudi Universities.
