Abstract EN

Academic research encounters several and varied challenges, especially in studying the educational phenomena that characterized by complexity and variables overlapping.

The problem of the study is represented in identifying the reality of academic research in educational colleges in Saudi Universities And proposals to improve it.

It aims to identify a vision to deal with such reality in order to improve and develop it.

The study reached to important results from which are the followings: 1- The scores of means of Points of power in the internal environment of educational college in Saudi Universities range between (3.57) and (4.68) with general mean of (3,94), namely (agree) response.

2- The scores of means of Points of weakness in the internal environment of educational college in Saudi Universities range between (2.58) and (4.61) with general mean of (3.97), namely (agree) response.

3- The scores of means of opportunities in the exterior environment of educational colleges in Saudi Universities range between (1.96) and (4.25) with general mean of (6.16), namely (somewhat) response.

4- The scores of means of risks in the exterior environment of educational colleges in Saudi Universities range between (4.29) and (4.88) with general mean of (4.34), namely (Strongly agree) response.

The study recommends activating the practices of Points of power, Investment opportunities and limits the weakness points in the interior and exterior environment.
