The emergence of the online press constituted a new media phenomenon related to the revolution of technology, information and communication.

The media landscape was almost within the reach of everyone, after it was only for a limited category of individuals.

It became more prevalent and faster to the majority of people.

The electronic press is considered as a modern media in comparison with other media; however, it quickly acquired a large prevalence and a significant audience in terms of interaction and increase of the number of users, and became, in a short-time, very dangerous and profoundly influential.

The surveillance is not made by the government as before, in fact, it depends on the press ethics and the objective information, and therefore, it opened a new era of freedom of speech and democracy, and gave the opportunity of exercising a journalistic profession free of any restrictions or surveillance.

It also introduced us to the fact of giving the opposite opinion with ease.
