Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of EU-Algeria association agreement on Algeria's foreign trade sector, more than ten years after the entry into force of the association agreement, Algeria benefited from support implementation of the agreement and financial programs, but the exports outside the hydrocarbon sector remained negligible, and the negative consequences of this agreement on certain sectors like: emerging industries, agriculture, public revenues forced Algeria to reconsider the stages process of establishment of free trade area until 2020.

Le but de cette étude est d'examiner l'effet de l'accord d'association UE-Algérie sur le secteur du commerce extérieur de l'Algérie, plus de dix ans après l'entrée en vigueur de l'accord d'association, L'Algérie a bénéficié d'un soutien d'appui à la mise en œuvre de l'Accord d'association Algérie-Union européenne et des aides financières et techniques , mais les exportations en dehors du secteur des hydrocarbures sont restées négligeables, et les conséquences négatives de cet accord sur certains secteurs comme: les industries émergentes, l'agriculture, les recettes publiques , L'Algérie a été forcé de revenir sur les étapes du processus d'établissement d'une zone de libre-échange jusqu'en 2020.
