The subject of the governance regime in Isalm is omong the renewable subjects that are always studied.

Many questions are asked abut this subject , some people think that Islamic Law » Sharia « cannot be applied as a constitutional governance regime.

This study tries to put the light on the fact that principle stating that Sharia is applicable in all times and places is true concerning the governance regime , for the Islamic state has known a complete governance regime.
