Abstract EN

In the process of the endorsement of the constitutionality of laws ,which is considered by the Algerian Constitution as a task of the Constitutional Council ,it isbased on the idea of invoking the Constitution as basic re-ference ,in addition to a range of différent legal rules .This rule was first introducedby the French Constitutional Council building what is referred to as" constitutional block.

"Even though the latter's reservation to adopt the idea of expansion in these rules ,unlike the Algerian Constitutional Council ,which had a différent vision in the field of legal rules and principles that was based ,and went to the expansion of the constitutional block circle, but it remains a différence of doctrine in Algeria about whether these rules shall be irrelevant in terms of their constitutional value in this block.
