The researcher tries here to study the compatibility of the spécial legal terms which the emirate legislator tack-led in the law of multinational ties.

The research also studies the requirements of international community in case of refusing multi-nationality, and hence the effects which clearly reflect on the international relations, through clarifying the reasons behind multi-nationality.

The researcher tries also to show up the effects of mul-ti-nationality in terms of identifying the laws to be conducted, and the mechanism of tackling the issue as per the UAE law and other laws that tackled the same issue.

The search also includes how the issue is dealt with in the Islamic law.

The researcher notices through this study that the Jordanian legislator's opinion does not go along with the requirements and demands of the international community which worked fiercely against multi-nationality.

Therefore, this is considered to be a negative aspect that reflects on the international relations among the countries where heated debates still among the legislators trying to identify the special laws of mul-tinationality.

This research aims at identifying the identity of multi-nationalities, and the procedures to be fol-lowed to tackle with this issue, either when it comes to judges or legislators, especially that the researcher intro-duces the recent theories dealing with this issue.

The research follows an analytical approach to study the term and conditions in the nationality law and the special international code and the relationship between them in terms of the laws to be conducted on the multi-nationalities.

The researcher concludes the study with a number of recommendations that go along the requirements and demands of the international community to stand against this phenomenon, thus facilities identifying the law to be taken by judges regarding multi-nationality.
