Abstract EN

This study deals with the subject of the soft skills of human resources) HR .(This topic is considered to be a recent topic in the workings of researchers and scholars .Perhaps the changes in the work environment and the attendant need to keep pace with them necessitates employers and human resources officials to pay attention to the skills that should be available in the HR In order to be able to adapt to the various changes ,and this is what our study sought to reveal ,where the researchers deal with the concept of soft skills of human resources, indicating the most important definitions and the most likely and adopted a more meaningful definition of the subject ,The term» elastic «is more similar to human behavior than soft .The researcher differed between the types of skills in terms of solid and flexible skills and the relationship between flexible skills and similar terms such as ability ,talent and others .The flexible skills required by human resources to take into account and work on their development and development .The study also dealt with a model of flexible skills and the relationship between these different skills.
