The process of electronic transfer of money is one of the electronic banking procedures that banks implement from the internationl communications network,it is considered as pne of the most important modern means of payment, and it is the out put of the scientific progress in the world of technology, communication and information ,it happens that a bankcommittes errors when making the electronic transfert,so that it isthe responsibility of the bank with regard to the contract with the client,and as for the general rulesof the responsibility, it necessitates the availability of three shuts for this responsibility that are the mistake, the domage and the causal relationship, and when these conditions are realized, the responsibility of the bank is erected and it is obliged to recompense for the domage hecaught.
