Abstract EN

There is no doubt that discussing the role of the" university "means talking about the most important developmental tributary in the modern state system .The university ,as an educational institution is strongly associated with all social and economic aspects of the society especially in the search for economic alternatives outside the oil sector ,and the entrance of investors into the higher education sector through private universities .Although the private universities are established in the form of profit-oriented companies that must finance themselves, and since they have entered in competition with the public universities ,they both must join in contributing to the achievement of the future vision as they include experts and academic specialists who are concerned with the search for solutions to problems of various forms and types.
