The current research aimed to study the reliability and validity in addition to the factorial structure of emotional attachment scale.

emotional attachment scale was applied to a sample consisted of (430) students studying at the University of Algiers, and students at secondary school from different academic levels, after analyzing data the results showed that the emotional attachment scale has satisfactory psychometric indicators, and factorial and confirmatory analysis structure of two factors explaining (55%) of the total variance.
