Abstract EN

The Islamic financial market occupies a prominent place within contemporary economic systems.

it is considered one of the crucial elements of the financial sector, which is the backbone of economic development، notably in Islamic countries.

consequently، the creation and development of an Islamic financial market with its own properties، its restrictive principles and norms، its own laws and rules of organization, and particualrly its financial instruments in use، has become increasingly imoprtant in recent years.

the first steps for the creation of an Islamic financial market require solid foundations, such as the availability of Islamic financial instruments that comply with sharia rules both in issuance and trading.

this study aims to shed light on the role and importance of Islamic financial instruments، particularly stocks that are sharia compliant and Islamic sukuk، in stimulating and promoting the Islamic financial market.

the findings show that the Islamic financial market’s success and development depend heavily on the diversification and the extent of the development of the islamic financial instruments used in that market.
