The study examines the relationship between the roles of civil society organizations and reinforce of intellectual security among young people.

The study try to measure the level of civil society organizations' programs from the perspective of youth, and the role of civil society organizations in enhancing the intellectual security among youth, The level of civil society organizations' programs from the point of view of officials, and the level of intellectual security among youth.

The study dealt with the study of obstacles, proposals from the point of view of young people and officials.

The study found that there is a positive relationship between the programs of civil society organizations and reinforce of intellectual security among young people, and the study reached a proposed perspective to enhance the role of civil society organizations in achieving intellectual security among young people in civil society organizations.
