Judicial mediation is considered as a means ; procedural one to solve civil disputes handled to a neutral person among people of experience, integrity and high competence coith the help of conflict.

Parties to make closer their points of view by means of negociations on the basis of friendly agreement far of judiciary procedures whether it is a physical person or an association on whom lies the commitment or responsibility with an insurance of basically confidentiality and priracy to achieve willings of the conflict parties by means of keeping friendly ( amicale) relationships between them and gain time and effort to guarantee the exlent of its efficiency as an alternative procedure.
