Abstract EN

This article is intended to show the judicial control and administrative control in Algeria to reduce the phenomenon of administrative corruption.

Algeria has tried for years to pursue effective judicial and administrative policy by establishing the independence with reform of its judiciary and public administration.

However, all the steps and measures were not enough to activate the role of these two systems to eliminate the phenomenon in the absence of real political will to combat it.
