The phenomenon of financing terrorism, is one of the contemporary issues, which has been given an international importance, to fight against it, because it exposes the international peace and security to a real danger, as it is the main reason making alive the terrorist organizations and encouraging it spreading and continuity.

the international council of security, is responsible of fighting these terrorist organizations and punishing all who will take part on.

according to the seventh chapter of the united nation convention, economical restrictions are imposed on anybody who participate in financing the terrorism operations, whether it is a person, an institution or a country.

the aim of this research is to highlight the consequences of the execution of economical restrictions planed to fight the financing of terrorism operations.

to do so , we will focus on the general framework of financing terrorism, and will emphasize on the main international decisions in this respect and the consequences of their execution.
