Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to know the relationship between the balanced performance card and the decision making process in commercial banks in the city of Jenin.

the questionnaire was used as a tool for study.

the study was conducted in a comprehensive survey of all 120 employees of the commercial banks in Jenin.

110 of them responded to the test.

there is a strong positive correlation between the implementation of balanced scorecard and its dimensions (financial dimension، after customers، after internal processes، after learning and growth) on the decision making in commercial banks in Jenin.

the study recommended that the decision makers in commercial banks should continue to adopt the balanced performance card as a measurement tool when making administrative decisions because of their positive impact on the bank.

and that the balanced scorecard is used as a tool for making administrative decisions in all economic sector institutions because of its advantages that are positive for the performance of the institution.
